2、托輥旋轉阻力小、節能
托輥的旋轉阻力系數隨著托輥直徑以及軸承孔徑的不同而變化，我公司制度的托輥旋轉阻力系數均在0.01以下?？紤]到輸送機運轉中存在的其它條件，計算帶式輸送機動力使用浙江寶科托輥時，其模擬磨擦系數可取0.02以下，而使用其他一般托輥時模擬磨擦系數則需選用0.022~0.030。由此在節能效果上充分體現我公司產品的優越性。
3、永久性潤滑
浙江寶科托輥采用雙面密封的深溝球軸承（ZZ防護）。在制造過程中填充優質鋰基2號潤滑脂，永久密封，使用期間無需加潤滑脂。
標準托輥結構
1、軸：具有高精度的托輥軸采用專用加工機械制成。
2、管材：選用具有高精度的高級專用管材以確保托輥運轉過程中的均勻轉動。
3、軸承：根據公司多年的經驗，軸承與軸承座和軸之間選定了最佳的公差配合?？紤]到軸承本身的公差配合以及其對運轉中溫升等條件的適應，我公司使用C3組游隙、ZZ雙面密封的深溝球軸承。
4、軸承座：由深沖材料及精密金屬模具加工制成的軸承座采用自動焊接方式同時焊接在鋼管兩端。由此產生強度統一的整體結構，確保運轉過程中鋼管與軸承座之間牢固聯接。即使在運轉過程中受到高速輸送帶的沖擊，也不會出現破損現象。
5、腔隙式密封：由我公司開發的獨特的腔隙式密封屬于非接觸式結構，其合理的結構使其具有較小的旋轉阻力及較長的使用壽命。特別適用于長距離、大輸送量的散裝物料輸送機。經過國家權威機構及浙江寶科公司檢測證實，該密封的防塵防水性能遠遠高于國家標準，并高于日本JIS標準，已獲取國家專利。其使用效果非常令人滿意。
6、表面處理：表面全部采用烤漆噴塑處理，與噴漆相比不但更加美觀漂亮，而且也更具耐磨性。標準托輥技術性能保證表
